Special Requirements When Advertising for Faculty Positions

Dear All,

We are sending the attached memo and corresponding policy to communicate important US Department of Labor job advertising requirements, which must be met retroactively in case a foreign national is the finalist in your faculty search. Meeting the requirements outlined in the memo is critical, especially if the candidate will need Rutgers Sponsorship for US permanent residence (green card). Please read the memo carefully and then share it with faculty and staff who are responsible for coordinating job searches within your units.
