About the Office 

The Office of the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs (EVPAA) champions academic excellence, gives strong support to undergraduate and graduate education, and advocates for equitable, inclusive, and cross-disciplinary research opportunities at Rutgers. The office ensures the excellence of the academic programs at Rutgers and the success of our faculty and students. The office coordinates the academic programs and policies throughout the university in conjunction with the provosts at New Brunswick, Rutgers Biomedical and Health Sciences, Newark, and Camden.

Prabhas V. Moghe

Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs

The Office of the Executive Vice President for Academic Affairs is responsible for forging strategies and developing initiatives to strengthen the academic enterprise at Rutgers.

Prabhas V. Moghe serves as President Jonathan Holloway's chief adviser on academic matters, leads all universitywide faculty support programs, and coordinates academic priorities across the central administrative offices and chancellor-led units.

Leadership Team

The office provides leadership for universitywide functions that support the academic enterprise at Rutgers, including the areas of academic affairs, academic initiatives, research, and experiential education.
