As a universitywide unit, Rutgers Access and Disability Resources supports the efforts of the Offices of Disability Services to provide reasonable accommodations and services for students with disabilities. Oversees chart of accounts related to accommodations, services, and access. Advances, develops and supports efforts to create a more inclusive environment where all individuals are welcomed, valued, and encouraged to be contributing members.
Fosters global engagement that enriches the student experience, builds faculty excellence, and enhances Rutgers University’s national and international reputation as a preeminent teaching and research university.
The New Jersey Educational Opportunity Fund (EOF) provides financial assistance and support services to students from educationally and economically disadvantaged backgrounds. The office reports through University Finance and Administration with a dotted line to University Academic Administration.
Collects, maintains, curates, and reports data to comply with the rules, regulations, standards, and statutes of federal, state, and accrediting agencies and to supply vital institutional data to various public constituencies and external bodies such as colleges guides, ranking concerns, professional associations, and data sharing consortia requesting university-related information.
Committed to advancing the university’s mission to conduct cutting-edge research and advanced training, the Office of Postdoctoral Advancement supports postdoctoral researchers and their faculty mentors by providing a central hub for professional development opportunities, knowledge sharing, and community building.
Supports teaching and learning through a variety of areas including pedagogy and faculty development, assessment programs, instructional technologies, classroom technologies, and faculty and staff information technologies.
Supports, facilitates, and promotes the academic mission of the university by connecting students to the faculty, curricula, and classrooms on a continuum of service from enrollment to graduation and beyond.
Dedicated to enhancing Rutgers' leadership in online education, the universitywide Office for University Online Education Services provides a comprehensive range of services designed to support the unique needs of academic units across the institution.
In-house services include advising, tutoring, staff psychologies team, including meditation therapy, counselors, benefits team, School of Social Work case manager, financial aid, and Veteran Emergency Grant/Scholarship Fund.
Nonprofit academic publishing house dedicated to the advancement and dissemination of knowledge to scholars. The press is essential to the university’s missions of research, instruction, and service.
Offers 20 libraries and centers universitywide and has more than 110,000 electronic journals and over 500 indexes and databases.
Rutgers Future Scholars program offers 200 first-generation, low-income, academically promising middle school students from New Brunswick, Piscataway, Newark, Camden, and Rahway the opportunity for a college education.

A vibrant intellectual corridor that brings together scholars and creatives doing humanistic research in a way that advances their research, increases its public relevance and impact, and allows them to reach and learn from communities and publics beyond the academy.
Sponsored by the New Jersey Economic Development Authority, the NJ Wind Institute at Rutgers University seeks to empower universitywide projects related to the development of offshore wind and the industry surrounding it.
Rutgers Equity Alliance for Community Health (REACH) is a new initiative to improve the health and quality of life in three New Jersey cities facing food insecurity, high unemployment, low high school graduation rates, and shrinking household incomes.
