Rutgers, The State University of New Jersey, partially fulfills its three-fold mission statement through a variety of research, public service, transfer, internship, and other academic agreements with educational institutions in New Jersey, nationwide, and globally.
As required by federal regulation, Rutgers maintains a published and accessible list of institutions with which the university has established academic agreements. Our compliance with this regulation is verified by the Middle States Commission on Higher Education as part of the accreditation process. New Jersey Transfer Agreement

Rutgers Statewide Degree Completion Programs
In New Jersey, students can choose from 15 different undergraduate degrees and 1 graduate degree, to be fully earned at their local community college. There are 6 locations from which to choose. Courses are taught by Rutgers faculty at the local facility, with full-time, part-time, evening, and even an online option available.
