Board materials for Out-of-Cycle Faculty Personnel Actions (often referred to as Hot Pursuits), Endowed Chairs, and University Professorships must be submitted to Angela Mullis, AVPAA, (cc Jude McLane) by the dates specified above.
For BOG Professorship and Distinguished Service Professorship nominations contact Angela Mullis, AVPAA.
All appointment/reappointment/promotion packets to be reviewed by the PRC during its regular cycle and involving the initial award of tenure must be submitted to Jude McLane by November 1, 2023.
Packets for regular-cycle promotions within the tenured ranks (to Full or Distinguished Professor) are due by December 1, 2023.
