Reporting to the Office of University Online Education Services (UOES), Continuing Education Support coordinates noncredit registration services through ANCOR and the integrated technology systems necessary to provide operational support for all units across Rutgers University that offer continuing education (CE) programming.

Providing comprehensive support for noncredit enrollment management, ANCOR system usage, and customized continuing education (CE) activity reporting. Our team assists Rutgers’ units with course registration processes, student record management, data reporting, and system troubleshooting to ensure a smooth and efficient experience for learners and administrators.
Providing comprehensive technology support for learners using Canvas, Coursera, and other integrated learning platforms. Our team assists with course access, account setup, troubleshooting, and navigating online learning tools to ensure a seamless continuing education experience at Rutgers University.
The Continuing Education Coordinating Council serves as the central convening body for Rutgers’ units offering continuing education and professional development programs across all campuses. The council facilitates collaboration, shares best practices, ensures consistency in policies and standards, and supports strategic planning to enhance learning opportunities for adult learners, professionals, and noncredit students.
