Rutgers Office for Faculty Development is pleased to offer three signature cohort programs to support faculty development. The office also offers writing support, common interest groups, and mentoring and coaching opportunities that are open to all faculty—universitywide.

Cohort Programs 

Rutgers Connection Network (RCN) Mentoring Program 

  • What: Year-long faculty to faculty mentoring partnerships
                  beyond the departmental level
  • Who: All faculty: universitywide, all disciplines, all levels

OASIS Leadership & Professional Development 

  • What:  Semester-based cohort for skill enhancement, career advancement and network expansion. Includes workshops, individual coaching and mentoring
  • Who:   All female faculty: universitywide, all disciplines, career tracks and stages

Program for Early Career Excellence (PECE)  

  • What: Three-year cohort for network building and skill development. Includes workshop, mentoring, writing support and individual coaching
  • Who: All faculty from all disciplines in the first 3 years at Rutgers
