Sam Little
Project (Working) Title: Offshore Wind Permitting: How Regulatory Processes Can Make or Break a Project

Sam is a law student at Rutgers Law School in Newark. He completed his bachelor’s degree at Tufts University in 2018 majoring in International Relations. He has served as a Legal Intern for The Public Interest Network, a Transportation Advocate for US PIRG, a Supply Chain Officer for the International Rescue Committee, and has held the positions of Operations Manager and Entrepreneurship Fellow with Venture for America.
At the Law School, Sam is a Maida Public Interest Summer Fellow in the Rutgers University Law Review, and serves as the President of the Environmental Law Society, and a Teaching Fellow. He is proficient in Spanish, and has training in Mediation and Conflict Resolution.
Sam's research focuses on offshore wind permitting, NEPA litigation, and laws facilitating the public-private relationships throughout the project lifecycle.
