Fulbright Programs at Rutgers for Students
Who is Eligible to Be a Fulbright Student?
Fulbright students are U.S. citizens enrolled in graduate programs or holding at least a bachelor's degree by the start of the grant. The Fulbright U.S. Student Program offers opportunities for recent graduates, master's, and doctoral candidates, as well as young professionals with fewer than seven years of experience to study, conduct research, or teach English abroad. The program does not require a Ph.D., and its awards span various academic disciplines and creative fields.
Inbound Programs
Inbound programs at Rutgers welcome international faculty members, researchers, and language instructors to teach, study, or conduct research. These programs allow non-U.S. citizens to experience academic life at Rutgers while contributing to campus cultural and academic diversity.
