Pew Scholars Program in Biomedical Sciences

The University has been invited to submit one nomination for consideration for the Pew Scholars Program in Biomedical Sciences for 2020. Please note that nominations are limited to junior faculty members who hold a doctorate in medicine or biomedical sciences and were appointed on or after June 14, 2016. These awards “support assistant professors of outstanding promise in science relevant to the advancement of human health.” The program seeks to assist candidates with “particularly creative and pioneering approaches.” The award provides $300,000 in flexible support ($75,000 per year for a four-year period).
