National Blavatnik Awards for Young Scientists

The University has been invited to submit nominations for consideration for the Blavatnik Awards for Young Scientists, a national faculty competition to “recognize high impact and innovative accomplishments in the life sciences, physical sciences & engineering, and chemistry, with three winners each awarded $250,000 in unrestricted funds.” Rutgers can submit one nomination in each of the three disciplinary categories: Life Sciences, Physical Sciences & Engineering, and Chemistry.

  • To make a nomination, please submit a research summary (no more than 1000 words), a curriculum vitae, and a letter of nomination that describes how the candidate’s work exemplifies the Blavatnik stated evaluation criteria to Dr. Angela Mullis.. Self-nominations will not be accepted.
